Pamela Partenheimer Mick

After accumulating more than 25 years of experience practicing law, Pamela joined the Firm in the hometown where she grew up.

Previously, Pamela has practiced all aspects of employment based immigration and compliance law in both small firm and large firm environments, and most recently, in her own boutique law firm.

Pamela continues to partner with clients to develop and execute unique, customized and sophisticated business strategies critical for companies seeking contemporary, dynamic and cutting edge solutions necessary for businesses to grow and thrive in today's regulatory environment.

Pamela has extensive experience advocating for her clients’ interests with DOL, USCIS, CBP, ICE and U.S. Consulates. In addition, Pamela assists corporate clients in developing and maintaining successful compliance and service driven immigration policies. She advises corporate legal departments, human resources, business partners and individual employees regarding a full spectrum of immigration related issues and conducts corporate training regarding immigration related hiring and retention issues. Pamela also manages and conducts quality assurance I-9, Labor Condition Application and Public Access file audits. Pamela partners with companies, including private equity companies, to perform immigration related due diligence, counsel regarding immigration related mergers and acquisitions, defend against ICE investigations and DOL audits, develop gold star compliance programs and counsel regarding employer sanctions.

Pamela has further expanded her practice to include Trusts & Estates, Commercial & Residential Real Estate, Agricultural, Mineral, Oil & Gas, Business Organizations, Corporate, Non-Profit and Regulatory and Administrative Law.

Pamela graduated from DePauw University with her B.A. in Asian Studies in 1992 and from Indiana University School of Law with her J.D. in 1996. Pamela is licensed to practice law in Indiana and Illinois.

Pamela has volunteered extensively in a variety of capacities with the American Immigration Lawyers Association including as the Department of Labor Liaison Committee Chair. Pamela is also a member of the Indiana and Gibson County Bar Associations. Pamela has spoken, written and participated in Bar-Government liaison extensively at local and national levels.
